| Qualification: | Graduate /Post Graduate in Engineering and/or Renewable Energy with MBA. |
| Experience: | Over 15 years of experience in managing business development in solar energy companies. Ensure compliance with local and international laws. Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization. Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits. |

| Qualification: | Engineering and MBA |
| Experience: | 15 years’ + experience in project development or in Project due diligence profile. Proven track record in successful project development and selling of shovel ready project to end investor. Experience in solar industry is mandatory. Strong Financial Modelling skills, particularly for Solar plants. Relationships with top IPP and developers globally Relationships with Financial institution. |
